# Ship my hackathon project

## Objective
Plan the build, work through it, and keep momentum so I have a demo by the deadline.

## Ask me first (don't assume)
- The idea/goal in one line, and the deadline (hard time)?
- Stack, language, and any constraints (APIs, rules)?
- What counts as "done" — the minimum demoable scope?
- Solo or team? Who does what?

## Integrations (install if needed)
- GitHub — for the repo. Ask me to connect.
- A deployment/hosting integration — only if a live demo is required.

## Steps
1. Restate the MVP scope and confirm it with me.
2. Produce a milestone plan with time boxes back from the deadline.
3. Scaffold the project; commit early.
4. Build increment by increment; keep it runnable at each step.
5. Test the core flow; cut scope if the clock is at risk.
6. Prep a 2-minute demo script and a short pitch.

## Deliverables
- Milestone plan, working MVP, demo script.

## Done when
- The MVP demos end-to-end before the deadline.

## Rules
- Time-box ruthlessly; protect the demo over extra features. Check in at each milestone.
