Internal case study · NoInfra's own deployment
How NoInfra runs its own agent-native CRM
We use NoInfra to coordinate work inside our own CRM. Account agents work from authorized records, prepare drafts and return reviewable results to an accountable person.
The job: keep context, work and follow-up together
A CRM follow-up needs the account's history, a specific next action and someone responsible for the result. Our internal system keeps those records, agent work and human review in the same workspace. The agent's answer is attached to the work it performed, so a person can inspect the draft and its status.
How the agent team is coordinated
Each account agent works within its assigned records and task. A controller coordinates execution, while the CRM keeps the resulting draft and review state together.
- The CRM associates a bounded task with an account, an agent and a human owner.
- A controller dispatches eligible work and wakes the assigned runtime when it is idle.
- The account agent reads the authorized context and prepares the requested output.
- A saved result and draft return to the CRM's work and conversation views.
- The accountable person reviews the current version before any external action.
One production task, from assignment to review
In our 26 October acceptance run, an account agent woke automatically, completed four native model turns and saved one new email draft. The task advanced to review without an operator writing the email body or manually marking the task complete. The draft and status appeared in the CRM without a page reload.
- 1 saved draft linked to the account task and an execution receipt.
- 4 completed native model turns, with execution authority and usage reconciled.
- The two pre-existing account facts remained unchanged.
- Owner and editor views showed the same result.
- 0 additional customer emails sent by this acceptance run: the draft remained for human review.
Human accountability is part of the workflow
The agent can finish drafting while the business action remains unapproved. The CRM records those as different states. The tested workflow names a human owner and preserves the current draft, history and execution result for review. In the separate internal follow-up desk, an incoming reply invalidates the earlier approval; guided templates and manual sending retain their own controls.
What this deployment demonstrates
The observed result is a persisted, reviewable CRM draft produced by an agent and delivered to the responsible person. Runtime wake-up, result delivery and consistent owner/editor access were verified in production. This case study does not assign a time-saving percentage or revenue result: we have not yet established a controlled before-and-after baseline.
Evidence and scope
This is NoInfra's own internal deployment, reviewed against its production acceptance and release records. Account names, customer correspondence, private identifiers and draft contents are omitted. The counts describe the recorded acceptance task, not an average across customers. The CRM account-agent workflow and the separate guided follow-up desk are distinct implementations.
